Vivi’s Collectives guarantees that all of our styles are inspected thoroughly before releasing to ensure our products’ quality.
Please note: We reserve the right to investigate, limit or decline refunds or replacement of a certain product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence such as videos for the missing items or photos for any damages.
Upon receiving your concern, We will thoroughly investigate the matter. In any case that the items are clearly considered damaged, defective or incomplete with the supplied evidence, documentation, or information. You will be contacted immediately with further instructions on how to return or replace your item.
However, if the item(s) you have ordered is no longer available for replacement, You will be given the option of store credit, exchange, return or refund.
If you wish to refund, Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be approved and processed.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale, bargains or sample sale. Please select your items carefully to avoid disappointment. Sale items are final and can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We only accept returns for full-priced items (non-sale/regular items)
To be permitted for returns and replacement, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Tags, Stickers and Packaging is attached
Free from make-up
Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder
Free from any alteration
